TWYFORD & RUSCOMBE FOOTBALL CLUB are in desperate need of new players to avoid folding their team ahead of the new season.
The over 18’s team, which competes in Thames Valley Division Two and currently requires new players in all positions, including a goalkeeper and are aiming to add six new players to their squad.
Twyford contests their home matches at East Park Farm Charvil and are hoping to get their team into shape for competitive action.
Twyford finished in fourth position in last season’s Thames Valley Division Two on 36 points from 11 wins, three draws and six defeats.
The club has been in existence since 1909, but is in serious danger of having to fold its first-team if they are unable to find some new players for their squad.
