THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a robbery of two teenagers in Reading.
At around 6.40pm on Saturday, January 17, two boys aged in their teens, were cycling their bikes from Bridge Street towards Katesgrove Lane in Reading using the underpass under the A329.
They were stopped in the underpass by two men, one of whom produced a bladed article, causing the victims to run away.
The men stole their dark-coloured push bikes and cycled towards Katesgrove Lane.
The first offender is described as a black man in his twenties, around 6ft tall, with a small beard, who was wearing all black with a beanie hat.
The second offender is described as a white man in his twenties, around 6ft tall, wearing a green coat and blue jeans with a beanie hat.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Michael Hanson said: “I would urge anyone who may have been in the area or who may have information about this incident to please contact police.
“If you have any CCTV footage in the area, or any dash-cam footage if you were driving in the area around the time, please check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
“I know this may cause concern, but I would like to reassure the public that we are investigating this as a priority.
