New captain at Theale Golf Club Lee Bligh added to his impressive captain’s drive of 255 yards by winning the Founders Bowl.
Playing on a course that was described as being in fantastic condition, Bligh hit a net score of 71 to finish in first place.
Success has been no stranger to Lee, who has been a member at Theale for the last seven years and has won many competitions since joining the RAF in Wales, where he learnt to play the game more than 30 years ago.
