A HOME repairs company providing employment opportunities for and serving the over 50s is expanding its activities into Berkshire.

The 50plus has been providing a range of home and commercial repairs in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Oxfordshire since 2001.

Now, with Woodley Resident David Birch, 55, as its new area manager, the company is extending its handyman services to Reading, Bracknell, and Wokingham.

David, 55, has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and this week begins serving residents and commercial clients within a 10 mile radius of Woodley.

He said: “I am excited to begin serving my local community and helping to extend the reach of The 50plus services to people across Berkshire.”

The 50plus supports home improvements, focusing on repairs, improvements, and adaptation services, particularly for older adults in the community.
