Thames Valley Police is highlighting the contributions of women across the force as part of International Women’s Day 2026.
From frontline officers and specialist teams to investigators, call handlers, PCSOs, staff, volunteers, and leaders, women across the force play a vital role in keeping communities safe.
A spokesperson said: “Your resilience, professionalism, and compassion help keep our communities safe and supported. You inspire others, challenge stereotypes, and lead with courage, empathy, and dedication.”
Female officers based in Bracknell were pictured taking part in celebrations today, representing just a small part of the outstanding women working across Thames Valley Police.
The force thanked all women serving in policing for their commitment and the vital role they play, saying: “Today, and every day, we celebrate you.”
