A CHARITY in Berkshire is set to open its first superstore in Reading.
Thames Hospice is adding to its 22 stores across Thames Valley as it prepares for the launch of the new store next month.
The superstore will stock pre-loved and up-cycled furniture, homeware, and clothing, with a dedicated children’s zone with books, games, clothes, and furniture.
It will also feature a repair shed to help customers repair and recycle items, as well as places for alterations and a cafe.
The Thames Hospice superstore will be located at 16 Richfield Avenue, Reading.
The charity is also holding a donation drive on Saturday, September 21 at its Maidenhead office.
Homeware, furniture, clothing, jewellery, and accessories will be accepted between 10am-4pm.
