AN RENOWNED parkour and athletics collective has paid a second visit to Reading this year.

Storror, a team which travels around the world to perform parkour and urban exploration, returned to Reading for their latest video following a visit to the Gaol earlier this year.

Their latest upload sees the collective scouting locations in Reading and practising jumps, lands, and tricks.

The team can be seen in the video performing leaps and tricks around the Hexagon in Central Reading as onlookers watch, before moving to the Holybrook by The Blade.

They showed off their athletic abilities by leaping across the brook, with more onlookers shouting encouragement, with one resident hoping that they wouldn’t adding during the video: “I think they’re really talented– but I just want them to be alright.”

They moved along to Reading Bridge, where they traversed the columns of the structure, and jumped between the struts above the river.

There they were confronted by less impressed members of the public, with which they deal with their trademark politeness, as well as a large group of swans which began to flock around the area.

Storror is a collective of seven parkour and freerunning athletes who began as a group in 2010, formed of brothers Max and Benji Cave, Drew Taylor, brothers Callum and Sacha Powell, Josh Burnett-Blake, and Ultimate Ninja Warrior UK contender Toby Segar.

Since beginning, they have amassed more than nine million followers on YouTube, where they share weekly videos.

The videos have seen them travel around the world exploring abandoned buildings and towns as well as city streets and locations to perform parkour, free running, and physical challenges.

They have also produced two documentaries, SuperTramps: Thailand and Roof Culture Asia, as well as their feature film debut in Netflix’s 6 Underground in 2019.

The collective visited Reading earlier in the year for a video which saw them scaling the wall of Reading Gaol.

Both videos are available to view on Storror’s YouTube channel.
