SPECIALIST searches have been carried out today in Reading and Sonning in a bid to find a man who was last seen in Reading town centre late on Thursday evening.

Tristan, 21, was in Reading around 11.50pm on December 28.

The man from Earley is described as being medium build, with short black hair. He is thought to have been wearing a black puffer gillet, a black top, grey trousers and vans shoes.

Thames Valley Police tweets that they have been working with Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue to search an area between Blakes Lock and Sonning Lock.

PC Megan Walmsley said: “We are becoming increasing concerned for Tristan’s welfare and are appealing for the public’s help in locating him.

“If you see him, do not approach, please call us on 999, quoting reference number 43230580107
