WALFORD and Weatherfield are teaming up to solve a mystery in Windsor, and you’re invited to watch the deductions unfold.
A revival of Sleuth is to launch a new tour at the Theatre Royal in Windsor next week.
The play, by Anthony Shaffer, stars Coronation Street baddie Todd Boyce and EastEnders’ Neil McDermott.
The dark psychological ‘thriller about thrillers’ is study of human conflict, jealousy, and manipulation.
It is said to be one of the greatest stage thrillers and played for a total of 12 years in London and New York, winning the Tony Award for Best Play.
It also became the inspiration for the hugely successful film starring Laurence Olivier and Michael Caine
This year audiences up and down the UK will get the chance to see this award-winning play, starting at Theatre Royal Windsor from 31 January 2024, touring into the spring.
A young man arrives at the impressive home of a famous mystery writer, only to be unwittingly drawn into a tangled web of intrigue and gamesmanship, where nothing is quite as it seems…
Proving to be far more than a ‘whodunnit’, it promises to baffle even the most proficient sleuth.
It runs from Wednesday, January 31, through to Saturday, February 10. Curtain up is at 7.30pm nightly, with matinees on Thursdays and Saturdays at 2.30pm. An audio-described performance takes place at 2.30pm on Thursday, February 8. Tickets cost from £19.50 to £44.
