SANTA has swapped his sleigh for a bus … and he is hoping you’ll see him in Reading in the run-up to the big day.

Well, almost.

The real thing is busy in the North Pole ensuring all the final touches are being put together for this year’s epic trek around the world.

Reading Buses, on the other hand, has driver – and Santa doppelgänger – Mark Shaw taking passengers from A to B.

He took time out recently to attend a CPC training course, still dressed as the jolly bearded man.

Now, he’s back behind the wheel, just as he has been for 35 years.

And he is hoping you will give him a present, by donating to the company’s charity of the year, The Royal Berks Charity.
