We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth Moffitt to Rowberry Morris who joins the Wills and Probate Department in our Tadley Office.

Elizabeth is a Solicitor and full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).  The STEP qualification means that Elizabeth is among the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.  Rowberry Morris have three full members of STEP; Elizabeth, Helen Greenwood and Oliver Campbell.

Elizabeth has many years’ experience handling a wide range of matters including Will drafting, Inheritance Tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications, Trusts and estate administration.  She initially qualified as a Solicitor in family law, and then became a Solicitor specialising in property matters.  The knowledge gained from these two areas of law mean Elizabeth can provide holistic advice to clients.

Like all the team in the Wills and Probate Department, Elizabeth enjoys meeting with her clients, listening to their concerns and providing a clear and practical solution that is easily understood.

In other news, Rowberry Morris are supporting Macmillan Cancer Support again this year by hosting coffee mornings at our offices in Tadley, Reading and Staines.  Macmillan Cancer Support is 98% funded by voluntary donations and, as we all know someone who has been affected by cancer, we are delighted to help raise funds for this wonderful charity.

The coffee morning at our Reading Office will be taking place on Friday 23rd September 2024 between 10.30am and 12.30am. Tadley Office is taking place on Tuesday 22nd October 2024 between 10.30am and 12.30am. Please come along to enjoy a slice of something nice, help support people living with cancer and meet the team at Rowberry Morris.
