A plan that would have seen a bungalow in East Reading replaced with three two-bed terraced houses has been shelved.
A landowner had applied to demolish 69 Brighton Road, near the Wokingham Road, with one three-storey building containing the new accommodation.
Each would have had a kitchen, living room and toilet at ground level, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a study and store on the second floor. The development was car-free – as is most of Brighton Road.
The plan has now been withdrawn by the landowner.
