A LANDSCAPING plan, which will see a former Reading pub turned into 11 apartments, has been submitted by the developer.
Macniven Quays demolished The Red Lion in Southampton Street in September 2021.
Its drawings submitted to Reading Borough Council, under application 221033, show the planting of 18 bushes and trees, a brick path, five outside cycle parking spaces and a communal garden to the rear of the site for future occupants.
In May, applicants successfully changed the plan to get rid of the need to install solar panels and made changes to the basement, roof, and ground floor windows and doors (planning reference 220540).
