The Horn in Reading town centre could be refurbished and partially converted into flats, after an application was sent to Reading Borough Council.
The listed building on St Marry’s Butts is currently a traditional British pub.
Owners would like to preserve the ground floor for hospitality use, and convert the first floor into three flats.
Changes to the pub could include a new covered and garden area, as well as kitchen and storage areas.
This would involve a full repair and refurbishment of the site and potentially mean the pub would become closed for a period.
The application had been validated by Reading Borough Council and a decision has not been made yet.
More parking and cycle spaces have been approved for a warehouse in Thames Valley Park.
The warehouse is currently out of use and is for sale on Rightmove.
The warehouse is a detached unit made of steel and with brick elevations.
The spaces would be provided by Scours Lane, opposite the IO trade centre.
The application does not indicate the number of parking spaces and cycle spaces being added to the site.
