The Reading Half Marathon has announced Green Park as its new headline sponsor from the 2025 event. Green Park.

They have been a long-time supporter of the Green Park Challenge – the family run that takes place on the same day as Reading Half Marathon,

With Green Park’s support, the event will elevate to new heights, offering enhanced race day experiences and strengthening its connection with the local community.

Rory Carson, Director, Asset Management, United Kingdom, Mapletree, said: “Green Park has always been committed to supporting wellbeing and inclusive sports programmes in our community.

“Having been a strong supporter of the Green Park Challenge for over 17 years, Mapletree holds the regional sporting event Reading Half Marathon in high regard.

“The passion, dedication and commitment from everyone involved is amazing and we wanted to bring even more to everything the event stands for. We’re thrilled to be the headline sponsor and are looking forward to delivering a memorable experience for all race participants.”

Taking place on Sunday, March 23, the 2025 Green Park Reading Half Marathon promises to be another spectacular event, taking runners from the start line in heart of Green Park onto the streets of Reading, through the University of Reading grounds before passing through the vibrant town centre and culminating in a grand finish at the home of Reading Football Club.

With entries coming in fast for the big day, they encourage participants to sign up soon to secure their spot.
