A CHARITY that helps vulnerable people to receive the welfare benefits they are entitled to is seeking new friends.
Reading Welfare Rights wants organisations to step up and support its work.
The partners commit to a regular donation, which they say will enable it to help clients, many of whom are in work.
With support from Reading Welfare Rights caseworkers, they can get representation at benefits tribunals, have assistance with paperwork and help access some of the £19 billion unclaimed every year by people who are entitled to government support.
The charity is based in Whitley, and also has vacancies for volunteers.
