A QUIZ night in a Reading pub has raised more than £1,000 for charity.
The Lyndhurst Bar & Kitchen on Watlington Street holds the event on Sunday nights across the year.
Teams of up to six tackle the fiendish posers set by the Craig Burrows, with prizes for the best thinking caps.
Money raised from entrants has been saved up and at last month’s event, they presented a cheque for £1,140.78 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
