Tanya works for Brighter Futures for Children, an independent, not-for-profit-company providing services to support children and families in Reading on behalf of Reading Council.
Her nominator added: “The difference she makes can’t be measured only felt, and I have seen her make an incredible positive impact on young people who couldn’t see their own worth. She deserves to be recognised for her work.”
