Employee of the Year – Reading Buses

Reading Buses is back sponsoring the Employee of the Year Award at this year’s Pride of Reading Awards.

The award recognises an employee whose contribution, behaviour or success has enhanced their company, or who have gone the extra mile for their customers.

Robert Williams, Chief Executive Officer at Reading Buses, said: “It is our reflection on the fact that employees make such a difference to every business, with ours being no exception.

“It’s always great to hear those examples of greatness going on in the community and to play a part in highlighting those.

“The awards go from strength to strength, and we really couldn’t live without it – being part of the community gives us great pride.
