Hospitality award – sponsor Cream Design

Cream Design is returning to the Pride of Reading Awards as sponsor of the Hospitality Award, in memory of journalist and food writer Hilary Scott.

The award recognises excellence in the hospitality industry, either an individual or business, that has shown resilience, outstanding dedication to their customers, as well as a strong commitment to the town.

The award includes pubs, cafes, restaurants, and hotels in the Reading area.

Cream Design provides graphic design, branding, and website design services here in Reading.

Helen Waring, Director at Cream Design, said at the awards launch: “It’s lovely to be a part of. We love being involved in the awards, and it’s always been filled with such lovely people.

“We’ve been sponsoring the Pride of Reading Awards for a long time, and we were particularly close with the late Hilary Scott, so we continue to sponsor the Hospitality Award in her memory.

“Plus we’re in the town centre; we love our pubs, clubs, and bars– and I also run the First Friday Club, which sees us visiting all of the different venues in Reading, so Hospitality feels like a really good fit for us.

“The community in Reading is amazing– it’s like a big family.”
