THAMES Valley Police is appealing to the public to help find a man who is wanted for failing to appear in court.
Aaron Coaker, aged 40, failed to appear at Reading Magistrates’ Court on January 30, having been charged with five counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary, and another for vehicle interference on November 3.
The charges relate to offences on Sherwood Street, Reading, on October 18.
Coaker has been described as of slim build and 5ft 9ins tall, and has links to Reading town centre and Tilehurst.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Ed Seccombe, based at Reading police station, said: “Enquiries have been ongoing to locate Aaron Coaker since he failed to appear at court but we are now appealing for the public’s help.
“If you know where he is or may have seen him, call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference number 43230045818. If you see him, do not approach him and call 999 instead.
“Alternatively, you can provide information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
Those who have witnessed or been the victim of a crime are encouraged to contact Thames Valley Police, especially if someone is in immediate danger.
