THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Reading, possibly connected with a firearms incident on the same day.
At around 1.50am on Saturday, October 29, the victim, a woman in her thirties, stopped her car at the traffic lights at Cemetery Junction.
Three men approached, pulled the victim from her car, and stole the vehicle.
They drove it away, but it was found ten minutes later after having been crashed.
Thames Valley Police believe that the incident may be linked to another incident, in which three men approached and attempted to gain access to another vehicle.
The first offender is described as around 5ft 11in tall and slim. He was wearing a green coat, grey trousers with a black stripe, and white shoes.
The second offender is also described as around 5ft 11in tall and slim. He was wearing all black clothing, including a coat, tracksuit bottoms, and shoes. He was also wearing a blue or black cap and a white snood covering his face.
The third offender is described as around 5ft 11in tall and of large build. He was wearing a black jumper, blue coat, green bottoms, and white shoes. He was also wearing a black snood covering his face.
Investigating officer PC Brandon Morley, based at Reading police station, said: *We are carrying out a thorough investigation into what happened.
“We would like to appeal to anybody who may have witnessed this incident to please get in touch.
