THAMES Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision which left a man hospitalised with serious injuries in Reading.
It follows an incident which took place at around 5.30pm on Thursday, July 25, when a black Honda Jazz and a black motorbike were involved in a road collision on Berkley Avenue, close to the junction with Shaw Road.
A man in his forties was left with serious injuries which required hospital treatment.
He remains in hospital at the time of writing.
Investigating officer PC Ben Eastment, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for witnesses following this collision in which a man was seriously injured.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this difficult time.
“I am also asking anyone who may have been driving in the area and may have dash cam footage of the collision, or any footage leading up to the collision, to please come forward. You can upload dash cam footage to our online portal.
