A pizza takeaway store in Katesgrove could be extended to create more space for a studio flat.
The ground floor of the property on Southampton Street is currently used by Pizza2Night, with a bedroom and a bath on the first floor.
Extensions would create and a bedroom to the rear of the first floor, with the existing bedroom being converted into living facilities.
One of the extensions would be on top of an existing single-storey extension for the takeaway, creating a new entrance for the flat.
