PIERCES Hill, Tilehurst, has been closed due to a road traffic incident.
A motorcyclist has been involved in the incident and is being treated by paramedics.
Thames Valley Police are attending the scene and have closed the road in both directions.
Motorists are being asked to find alternative routes while police respond to the incident.
It is expected to be closed for a few hours while police continue to attend.
The Route 33 bus is currently diverted through to The Triangle via Chapel Hill.
