A BOROUGH Rotary Club has recently installed its new president.

Brian Davies was elected following the recent resignation of Ed Daniel for personal and professional reasons.

Brian will serve as president for the rest of this Rotary year, which ends on June 30, 2026.

In his acceptance speech Brian told the group that his objectives for the year were to enrich the lives of people supported by Pangbourne Rotary Club, to grow the membership, to assist president-elect Marius Hopley to develop the group’s future plans, and to have great fun and fellowship.

The group takes part in fundraising events, and enjoys an interesting and varied programme which includes guest speakers, social activities and outings.

Rotary, they say, is about enjoying being together whilst enriching the life of others.
