AN EXHIBITION of paintings will raise money for good causes.
Organised by Pangbourne Rotary Club, the event will support SEN specialist Brookfields School for pupils with complex educational needs, and Bridge for Young People, which provides a home and support for care leavers and homeless youngsters.
Proceeds raised will also go to Pangbourne Rotary Club’s own charity fund which raises money for local, national and international causes.
The Rotarians are calling for artists to enter their work in the exhibition, and seek sponsors willing to provide prizes for the Schools Art competition and to sponsor artists boards.
Organisers say the exhibition has been held in the village for more than 20 years, attracting many visitors and drawing artists from all parts of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
Members of the club would welcome anyone who would like to get involved with the running of the event.
Pangbourne Art Exhibition and Sale will take place at Pangbourne Village Hall.
Doors will open to visitors on Saturday March 29, and Sunday March 30, with a preview evening on Friday, March 28.
