PALOMA Faith is setting out on a new headline tour next year– and it starts right here in Reading.

BRIT-Award-winning Paloma Faith has announced that her sixth studio album, The Glorification of Sadness, is set to release in February 2024, and that she would be undertaking a 26-date headline tour of the UK shortly after.

The tour begins in Reading, where she will perform at The Hexagon in April, followed by dates in Liverpool, London, and Brighton.

The announcement follows the release of her latest single, How You Leave a Man, her first in two years, which is the first single from the new album.

Her debut album, released in 2009, peaked at number 9 on the Top 40 album charts and went double platinum after garnering two top-20 singles.

Since, Faith has worked with artists and producers such as Sigma, Pharell Williams, DJ Sigala, and cites influences such as Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Billie Holiday, and Etta James.

With her latest album, her first since 2020, Faith explores the fallout of leaving a long-term relationship, how to find empowerment through failures, and taking responsibility for one’s own happiness.

It is produced by Martin Wave, who brings a cinematic sensibility to the album’s production, and features collaborations with Kojey Radical, Chase and Status, Maverick Sabre, Charlie Puth, and MJ Cole.

The Glorification of Sadness is set for release on Friday, February 16, 2024, ahead of the first show of the tour at The Hexagon, Reading, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, October 20, available via: store.palomafaith.com
