FATHER and Mother Christmas will be visiting Purley this weekend, along with their reindeer.

The duo will be delighting younger visitors to a Christmas market taking place in the 18th century barn at Goosecroft.

Older visitors will be able to explore a range of stalls offering handmade crafts, ceramics, beauty products, books, accessories, jewellery, glassware, Christmas decorations, baby-wear, textiles, toys, cards, food items and beverages.

Entry and parking are free and organisers say there is good access for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Proceeds will go towards helping maintain the site.

The event is organised by Friends of Purley Barn and runs from 10.30am and 3.30pm on Saturday, November 25.
