The owners of a three-bedroom home in Tilehurst have applied to Reading Borough Council for permission to convert their loft into an additional room.
The loft conversion in a house in Larissa Close – a private road near Arthur Newbery Park – would include a bedroom, an ensuite shower and cloakroom.
The application can be seen on Reading Borough Council’s planning website, by searching for reference 240004.
