STUDENTS at Little Heath School are set to host members of Reading’s elderly community for the afternoon next week.
Around 70 senior citizens will be invited to afternoon tea at the school in Tilehurst, organised by the Sixth Form student committee.
Those attending will be treated to tea and cake, served by the students, as well as bingo, a raffle, and creative performances.
This year Little Heath School is also celebrating 60 years of operation in Reading.
The senior citizens tea afternoon will take place at Little Heath School on the afternoon of Monday, January 16.
