JD GYMS is bringing its fitness experience to Reading, with a new facility opening soon at Reading Link Retail Park.

The gym will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing residents to work-out around the clock whenever suits their schedule.

Members can expect a space supplied with industry-leading equipment and modern amenities such as a strength area offering an extensive range of free-weights, along with ample benches and plate-loaded equipment, designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

It features custom-built functional rigs from leading fitness supplier Eleiko, kitted out

with barbells, plates and a host of accessories, including kettlebells and dumbbells.

It also includes specialist lifting platforms with adjustable racks and plenty of top-quality barbells and plates, good for working on squats or deadlifts and improving overall strength., and treadmills, bikes, cross-trainers, and rowing machines.

It also features a dedicated lower-body workout space with equipment from Booty Builder, created for members to specifically target lower body muscles.
