RUSSELL Kane has announced a headline tour of the UK with his latest stand-up show, HyperActive.

Russell has been in comedy for twenty years, taking the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year award and second place in So You Think You’re Funny in 2004.

Since, he has been nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with his debut show there in 2006, and three concurrent Best Comedy Show nominations from 2008-2010, the last of which he won.

He has presented shows such as Big Brother’s Big Mouth, three series of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here – Now, and Geordie Shore: The Reunion.

He has also hosted the BBC Radio 4 series Evil Genius since 2018, and the subsequent TV adaptation on Sky History in late 2023.

Russell Kane’s HyperActive comes to The Hexagon on Thursday, May 1, 2024, at 8pm.
