ANCESTRY will be the theme for a new talk coming to Tilehurst next week.
Members of the Reading branch of the Berkshire Family History Society will welcome Laurie Page for its June meeting.
He will speak on the theme of My Eminent Ancestors and he will explore branches of his family who served in the military or were MPs, and their coats of arms.
He says: “This is the story of that discovery and the sources that I used to build their family trees.”
The event takes place from 7.15pm on Thursday, June 27, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Meadway.
Entry is free to members and a suggested donation of £5 for non-members.
