WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK earned a crucial win as new manager Darren Purbrick marked his first game in charge with a win.

Following a damaging defeat against relegation rivals Hilltop at the weekend, the Sumas responded with an impressive away display at Virginia Water with a double from Joao Jardim and a goal from Alex Badshah earning three points.

The Sumas are in 20th place on 24 points, two points away from safety but with three games in hand to play on Chalfont St Peter.

READING CITY were beaten 5-0 away to Rayners Lane which keeps them in 14th place.

BRACKNELL TOWN sit just outside the play-off places following their away triumph over Basingstoke Town.

A brace from Joe Grant and a penalty from Jordan Esprit helped deliver a 3-1 win for the Robins.

Bracknell are on 61 points from 38 games and are just two points off the play-off spots.

ASCOT UNITED were edged out by play-off chasing Raynes Park Vale.

Oliver Mason scored and an 89th minute leveller from Harry Laflin looked to have sealed a point for the Yellas before the visitors took all three points with a 94th minute winner.

Ascot are in 13th spot after 37 matches.

BINFIELD remain in the relegation places following a 1-0 loss at home to Ashford Town.

The Moles still have hopes of survival with four games in hand on Chipstead who are in 19th and are currently 10 points ahead.

Combined Counties Division One

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA are in fourth after their 2-1 success against Westside.

Goals from Ross Baker and Harvey Valter gifted the Boars three points to put them in the play-off positions..

BERKS COUNTY stay in the hunt for the play-offs after they picked up an away point at Holmer Green.

Sid Gbla netted a double to see the Swords earn a point which puts them in third spot on 72 points.

YATELEY UNITED remain in the play-off spots despite their 2-1 loss at Spartans Youth.

WOODLEY UNITED are 15th following a goalless draw at home to Rising Ballers Kensington.

Thames Valley Premier League

READING YMCA put another point on the board by taking a draw against Windsor & Eton.

Jake Ibbotson was on the scoresheet for YMCA in the 1-1 draw which leaves them in eighth on 23 points from 19 games with three matches remaining.
