BRACKNELL TOWN picked up three more points with a clean sheet win over Tiverton Town.

Goals from Joe Grant, Nana Owusu and Liam Ferdinand safely saw the Robins get through to the next round.

FA Trophy

ASCOT UNITED moved through with an away triumph at Horndean.

Brendan Matthew converted quickly to get the Yellas off to the perfect start before Sam Balogun netted to double the lead.

Matthew scored his second of the game as Ascot raced into a three-goal lead before the hosts grabbed a goal back before the break.

Horndean scored again in the second-half, but Ascot managed to hold on to qualify for the next round.

The Moles crashed out with a 7-1 loss.

WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK smacked five past Wembley as they collected an impressive away win.

The Sumas got off to a poor start when Wembley opened the scoring after nine minutes.

However, Matt Croanan’s team made an exceptional response and had a convincing 4-1 lead before half-time thanks to doubles from both Mikey O’Connor and Jake Woods.

Wokingham added to their lead in the second-half as Joao Jardim netted on his return to the club to wrap up a 5-1 success.

Combined Counties Division One

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA put three points on the board with a win against Bedfont.

The Boars came back from a goal down with strikes from Callie Samuel and Brad Brown to take the win.

WOODLEY UNITED added a point with a 1-1 draw at FC Deportivo Galicia.

YATELEY UNITED were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Penn & Tylers Green.

 

Thames Valley Premier League

FINCHAMPSTEAD won their fourth league game of the season with a comfortable success over READING CITY U23s.

Joel Day, Jason Badger and Alex Bark all scored in the second-half to see Finch earn three points.

HURST collected their first win of the campaign with a 3-1 away win at WARGRAVE.

Kenny Evans, Matthew Williamson and Reece Buckett scored for Hurst.

READING YMCA lost out on their away trip to Windsor & Eton with a 4-0 defeat.

 

Charles Twelftree Trophy

BURGHFIELD got through with a 2-1 home win against Mortimer.

 

Southern Region Women’s Premier

WOODLEY UNITED kickstarted their league campaign with a home success over Badshot Lea.

Sarah Lawrence and May Hamblin scored to help their side to win three points with a 2-1 result.

ASCOT UNITED opened their season with three points by beating Wycombe Wanderers.

Philippa Holden netted a brace and Dominique Carrington and Amelia Kimble scored to secure a 4-1 triumph.

 

Southern Region Women’s Division One North

ASCOT UNITED RESERVES picked up a point in their opening game with a 1-1 draw with Abingdon United Development.

 

FA Women’s Cup

CAVERSHAM UNITED were eliminated with a 3-1 home defeat to Camden & Islington United,

 

Thames Valley Women’s Division One

WARGRAVE started the season in style with a 5-1 win at Procision Oxford.

Goals from Sian Blissett, Caroline Paterson, Alison Richardson and Isobel Devine-Mcgovern saw them take three points on the road.

ASHRIDGE PARK picked up a point with a 2-2 draw against Goring United with goals from Lilly-May Varney and Lucy Thomson.

 

Thames Valley Women’s Division Two

S4K LADIES kicked off their season with a 3-3 draw at Harwell and Hendred.

A double from Megan Cox and a goal from NAthalie O’Brien ensured they picked up a point.

 

Thames Valley Women’s Division 3S

CAVERSHAM AFC earned three points with a 2-0 success over Brook House.

WARGRAVE RESERVES were beaten 4-3 at Hawley.

YATELEY UNITED took a 3-2 win against Taplow United.

 

Thames Valley Women’s Development

WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK won in their first competitive match since reforming their side.

Rebecca Greig netted a hat-trick to see the Sumas overcome Longford Park Vixens.

BERKS COUNTY were in fine scoring form as they smashed seven past Wycombe Saints without reply.

Kiana Proietti scored a hat-trick, Jess Brome-Mbaya scored a brace and Kiah Owen and Lydia Farrugio added to the score to secure a 7-0 win.
