Thames Valley Women’s Division One

TILEHURST PANTHERS kept their winning run going by making it six wins from six in the league with a dramatic late win.

It was a hard fought victory for the Panthers away at Haddenham Youth as the visitors took the game 4-3.

Leah Why and Thea Wraight were both on target for Tilehurst in a match that saw the hosts lead 3-2 until the Panthers scored two late goals.

Tilly Waight netted an 82nd minute leveller before Georgia Hayes scored deep into stoppage time in the 97th minute to seal a last gasp win.

Tilehurst are second in the table having achieved maximum points, only behind leaders Slough on goal difference.

ASHRIDGE PARK put on a clinical attacking display which saw them dispatch six past Procision Oxford without reply.

Laura Comerford and Lilly-May Varney both netted doubles, while goals from Ruby Owen and Katie Sawyer helped Ashridge to consolidate an excellent display with a 6-0 success.

Ashridge stay in eighth place on seven points having won two of their five games, but have at least three games in hand on the next three teams above them in the table.

WARGRAVE added three more points to their total with a 2-1 success against Goring United.

Thames Valley Women’s Division Two

S4K LADIES stay at the foot of the table after they lost 4-2 at Wallingford & Crowmarsh.

 

Thames Valley Women’s Division 3S

FINCHAMPSTEAD stay in the hunt at the top of the table after they defeated AFC READING 5-1.

Doubles from Chloe Bagshaw and Lauren Smaje, as well as a goal from Lauren Bagshaw helped them to a 5-1 victory on the road.

CAVERSHAM AFC took all three points with a 4-1 success away to WARGRAVE RESERVES.

 

Thames Valley Women’s Development

WOKINGHAM & EMMBROOK got back to winning ways with a 2-0 away win at Goring United Reserves with a brace from Rebecca Greig.

 

Southern Region Women’s Division One North

ASCOT UNITED RESERVES put on a five-star performance to collect their second victory of their league campaign.

There were doubles for both Millie Bilcliff and Hannah Sheehan and a goal from Olivia Mansel as the Yellas won 5-0.

EVERSLEY & CALIFORNIA were beaten 4-1 at home to Long Crendon as they are still searching for their first points of the campaign.

Bottom of the table CAVERSHAM UNITED were on the end of an 8-2 thrashing away to league leaders Kidlington Youth.
