The owner of a semi-detached house in Whitley has applied to add extensions to allow the reconfiguration of the living facilities.
The house in Hartland Road currently has a bedroom, bathroom and living space on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
An infill extension would create a new home office at ground level, with the existing first bedroom being converted into a children’s playroom.
Meanwhile, a first-floor rear extension would create a new fourth bedroom.
