AN EXPLOSION of colour is promised to visitors to jelly this weekend, thanks to its artist in residence.

The arts collective, based on the upper floor of Broad St. Mall, will be welcoming visitors for a special digital drawing workshop on Saturday.

Emeline Nevers-White will explain their creative practice and people can watch the artist create a piece using paint, glitter and textures.

The artist primarily works digitally but they have started to re-explore their traditional roots in mediums such as paint, alcohol markers and collage.

The event runs from 1pm to 5pm, and entry is free.
