A TAXI company in Reading held a charity fundraiser for a Berkshire charity last week.

Bliss Cars 247 hosted a charity fundraiser at the Virgin Media O2 offices in support of Berkshire Vision, a local charity dedicated to supporting people living with sight loss across Berkshire.

The lunchtime event brought together the team from Bliss Cars 247 and Virgin Media O2 staff for an afternoon of generosity, awareness, and community spirit.

Representatives from Berkshire Vision attended to share more about the organisation’s work, including their support focused on promoting independence and building confidence for visually impaired children and adults in Berkshire.

Guests were treated to cakes, a raffle, and complimentary food generously provided by Biryanish, not only a raising funds for the charity but also a celebration of community and collaboration, with local businesses playing a key role in its success.

The event highlighted the importance of corporate social responsibility and demonstrated how business partnerships can make a tangible impact on local causes.
