BERKSHIRE Youth will celebrate an remarkable 85 years of supporting, empowering, and inspiring young people across the county.
A special 85th Anniversary Youth Awards Evening will mark the occasion.
The event will bring together young people, volunteers, community leaders, dignitaries, MPs, and councillors to recognise the achievements and positive contributions of those who make a real difference to the lives of young people in Berkshire.
Berkshire Youth patron, the Lord-Lieutenant of Berkshire, Mr Andrew Try, will be attending the event to help celebrate the important milestone.
And guests will be able to hear inspiring stories, award presentations, and reflections on the charity’s long-standing impact since its founding in 1940.
Award categories include:
Young Leader of the Year, The Young Carer Award, The Resilience Award, The Inspiration Award, Volunteer of the Year Award, Community Champion Award, Youth Work Champion Award, and Outstanding Youth Club Award.

The event will take place on Thursday, October 23 from 6pm until 9pm at the Pentahotel, Reading.
