A FESTIVAL set to take place this spring has announced which acts will be taking to the stage for its warm-up show.

Are You Listening? has released the line-up for the pre-party event which accompanies the main festival each year.

The warm-up show at St Laurence Church is set to see headliners Sprints joined by Mandrake Handshake, and Yaang, along with Tracks & Grooves.

Sprints, hailing from Dublin, Ireland, bring garage-punk which marries existential angst and modern influences.

London’s Mandrake Handshake combine art-pop, krautrock, and flower-power for a kaleidoscopic and chaotic experience, while Yaang brings 80s-infused, new-wave-drenched post-punk.

Are You Listening? Festival returns to venues across Reading on Saturday, May 10, with headliners Big Special to be joined by Coach party, Benefits, Joshua Idehen, Nathan Fake, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, Alien Chicks, CLT DRP, Doops, and Human Interest.
