ARE YOU Listening? Festival is returning to venues around Reading this weekend.

Among those taking to the stage are Henjila, hailing from Sandhurst, who brings bedroom bubblegum pop laden with earnest lyrics.

They’ll be joined by The Pink Diamond Revue, and Reading’s own Ma Bessie, who brings sultry, virtuoso jazz from the likes of Bessie Smith and her contemporaries.

The flurry of names set to perform also includes Anne Erhard, AK/DK, Ben Marwood, Bethia, Black Fonu, Cholly, Dog Unit, and Harmonic Motion.

Also on the bill are House of Women, Josh Roberts, Kahnya, Magnolia, Makeshift Art Bar, Mat Carter, Miétte, Nostromo, Oh Dear, Paul Vinyl, Pej, and Shelf Lives.

Rounding out the bill is Thick Richard, Tigers on vaseline, Tracks & Grooves, Truck Violence, Tukan, White Magic for Lovers, the WIll McRea Trio, and Ziyad Al-Samman.
