A COMMERCIAL kitchen could be built at a Portman Road address if Reading Borough Council grants planning permission.
The Crispy Dosa wants to cook vegetarian Indian food on site, and use part of the unit for warehouse storage and distribution.
The company is a franchise with seven locations and has a restaurant on Oxford Road, next to a Travelodge and opposite the pentahotel.
