THE TORCHLIGHT Book Club is hosting an evening of acoustic music in Reading, featuring unplugged performances from regulars in the town’s music scene. Lee Switzer-Woolf, Jamie Larbelestier, and Aden Pearce.
Switzer-Woolf bring earnest, open songwriting performed with an easy approachability, and has performed at events such as Here Comes The Sun and ReadiPop.
Gothic electro rock outfit Dakorra will also perform, formed of members of Tiger Mendoza, Ocean Ruins, and Bruno Muerte.
Oxford-based singer/songwriter Jamie Larbalestier makes his return to Reading following appearances at ReadiPop and with indie three-piece No Feathers
Bristol-based Aden Pearce is also performing, fresh from the release of their latest album, White Dahlias, in February.
The album release follows recent air play on BBC Introducing West.
The event takes place at The Purple Turtle on May 14th.
