THAMES Valley Police has announced that they have found a body during their search for a man missing in Reading.
Shortly after 5pm on Sunday, December 24, police confirmed that they had found a body while searching for Eden, a 34-year-old man missing from Reading.
While formal identification has not yet been conducted, Eden’s family has been informed by police.
They are continuing their enquiries into the death, which is currently being treated as unexplained, but not considered suspicious at this time.
A file is being prepared for the coroner, and Thames Valley Police has extended its thanks to those who shared their appeals for help locating Eden.
A statement from Thames Valley Police reads: ” Our thoughts and sympathies are with his loved ones at this extremely difficult time.
“We are carrying out enquiries into the death, which is currently being treated as unexplained but not suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
“We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeals to find Eden.”
