Locals can enjoy a spectacular weekend filled with delicious food, shopping stalls, talented artisans, talks, music, and Father’s Day celebrations to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Wellington Farm Shop.

Wellington Farm Shop are starting our anniversary celebrations with a very special Summer Shopping Evening and this year, it’s bigger and better than ever. The VIP Shopping Evening will take place on June 12 from 6pm – 8:30pm.

The café will transform into a vibrant tasting and shopping space for one night only; hosting many local suppliers, offering delicious samples and exclusive goodies.

People can enjoy tempting bites freshly prepared by their Head Chef and explore the Farm Shop, fully stocked with seasonal produce perfect for a summer celebration.

They can also sip on a complimentary glass of Lavender, Honey and Gin Fizz out on the terrace, taking in the beautiful views of the Wellington Estate.

Guests will get first dibs on the amazing outdoor market stalls, available exclusively to Summer Shopping Evening guests before the weekend crowds arrive.

Ticket price includes a £10 voucher redeemable on the night (valid for indoor shop and stalls only, not outdoor traders). Limited availability, booking essential.

The main weekend celebrations then take place from June 13 – June 15 from 8:30am – 5:30pm with a weekend family friendly celebration of food, drink and local talent.

Locals can wander through a selection of handpicked outdoor stalls, sample delicious treats and watch demonstrations from passionate local producers and soak up the atmosphere of the beautiful surroundings.

The café will be open as usual, though booking in advance is recommended. You can also grab refreshments from our outdoor drinks trailer throughout the weekend.

For a more relaxed experience, guests can pre-order one of the gourmet picnic boxes through the online shop and enjoy it in our designated picnic area for the occasion. Just remember to bring along your own blanket and plates and it must be ordered 48 hours in advance.

Honor Montagu, Founder, Wellington Farm Shop, said: “We wanted this celebration to reflect who we are: champions of local food, small producers and artisan makers. It’s a celebration of our roots and of the wonderful community that’s supported us over the past 20 years. I look forward to welcoming you to this special celebration.”
