A SOUTH Reading cafe is extending its opening hours to accommodate weekend brunchers.
Whitley Community Cafe, located on Northumberland Avenue, will now welcome customers on Saturday mornings from 9am-noon, having previously only operated on weekdays.
Run by the Whitley Community Development Association, the cafe serves a mixture of breakfast and lunch options, as well as cakes, pastries and drinks, all at reasonable prices.
Beyond the food served, customers value the relationship created between fellow service users and staff alike.
