Six candidates for the new constituency covering West Reading and surrounding villages are set to debate at a hustings tomorrow night.
Pangbourne College will welcome the candidates standing in the new Reading West and Mid Berkshire constituency.
Six candidates will attend: Ross MacKinnon for the Conservatives, Helen Belcher for the Liberal Democrats, Olivia Bailey, the Labour Party candidate, Adrian Abbs, an Independent, Carloyne Culver for the Green Party, and Kate Bosley for Reform UK.
It is unclear whether Adie Peppiatt, an Independent candidate who declared he would stand on Friday, June 7, will be attending.
The evening will be chaired by Andrew Peach, who left BBC Radio Berkshire last year.
Organisers say they are hoping for a ‘fascinating debate’.
The hustings will take place in the Falklands Islands Memorial Chapel at Pangbourne College and the public can attend.
Doors open at 7pm, with the hustings starting at 7.30pm, on Wednesday, June 12. Entry is free, but places should be reserved via the Eventbrite website: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/pangbourne-college-election-hustings-tickets-914507726227
