AN ADVENT concert is to take place in Purley offering people a chance to start their festive celebrations.
The event, called From Darkness To Light, is organised by the Thames Vale Singers and will take place in two different venues.
On Friday, December 1, it will be in St Mary’s Church in Purley, then the following evening it will be performed in Pangbourne Village Hall. Both events start at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £12, or £6 for under 16s, with a 50p booking fee if booked via Ticketsource.
